How often will I get my box?
Shipping Months: The Fill Your Cup Ultimate Wellness Box is bimonthly and ships six times a year. Boxes ship between the 15th and 29th of the months of Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept and November. Standard shipping is 5 to 7 days.
If you order within any of these shipping months after the 29th, you will be notified at the time of order if the current month's box is available for shipment or if your order will be processed in our next shipment window.
Non-shipping Months:
If you order within a non-shipping month you will be notified at the time of order if the prior month's box is available for shipment or if your order will be processed in our next shipment window (i.e. if you order in August you will receive our July/Aug box if supplies are available, if that box is sold out you will receive our September box).
Non-shipping months are: Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, and Dec.
All orders autorenew.
May I gift a box or subscription to a friend?
Absolutely! You can send a gift of one box or a gift of a subscription. Simply select the plan you desire and enter the recipient's address information in the ship to section at checkout. Be sure to leave a gift message at check out.
Multiple gift boxes: If you want to order 10 or more boxes for your staff or team, please email a request to customer service to facilitate your order.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed right away for your bimonthly box or multi-month subscription when you place your order. You can verify the amount being billed during the checkout process.
All orders autorenew. You will be billed the 1st day of each shipping month for your subsequent boxes. Your box will be shipped between the 15th and 29th of that same month. All orders autorenew.
Cancellations and Skip Shipments
Cancellation: You can cancel your bimonthly box at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation request must be received by the 20th of the month prior to shipment. We are not able to issue refunds on boxes that are ordered and canceled prior to receipt of the first box.
Multi-month subscription: If you have a multi-month subscription you can cancel your subscription renewal at any time by logging into your account. You will receive all remaining shipments of your current plan. Your cancellation will prevent renewal of your plan. Your cancellation must be received by the 20th of the month prior to renewal.
